Trio Video, which has significantly expanded its fleet of HD trucks in the last five years, caters to a diverse clientele, including high-end sports networks, entertainment shows and corporate productions.
The company's fleet includes two 53ft expando HD trailers, Phoenix and Tango, both of which are capable of native 1080i, 720p and 1080/24p live production, along with analog trucks X1 and T48.
With its third HD truck Rhythm now under construction, Trio Video has chosen Fujinon lenses to complement the truck's Thomson Grass Valley LDK 6000 WorldCam HDTV cameras. The new Fujinon lenses include the XA101x8.9ESM HD zoom, the XA87x13.2ESM HD zoom, the HA22x7.8ERM/ERD HD zoom and the HA13x4.5ERM/ERD wide-angle HD zoom.
The mobile facilities company's high-end sports network clients especially like the 2X extender and zoom assist on the telephoto zoom lenses, said Trio Video owner/manager Jack Walsh.
