New Nucomm Spectrum Viewer offers remote-control

The new Nucomm Spectrum Viewer offers remote controllable 70MHz spectrum analysis.

It enables the IF spectrum of a remote receiver to be viewed and controlled through a remote terminal, such as a personal computer. Display and control data are sent via telephone lines, the Internet or across LAN or WAN networks.

ENG offers a common application for the unit. In this setting, a central receive system would enable studio master control to view the 70MHz output spectrum of the central receiver. The Spectrum Viewer is connected to the central receiver output.

Display and controls are transmitted over the control network to the master control computer or an independent PC. The computer controls the Spectrum Viewer parameters, and the spectrum is displayed on a computer monitor.
