Medio Systems has launched a mobile content partner program aimed at broadening the content categories for its upcoming Medio uSearch “universal search” offering, which will allow end users to search for on- and off-deck mobile content through a single search box.
According to a recent press statement, Medio is signing some of the world’s most “preeminent companies in their content categories, and some of the most popular categories in mobile search” to the program, adding content to the more than 300 feeds it has already ingested.
The partner companies will provide deeper access to content for uSearch, which Medio plans to make available later this year. The service is aimed at simplifying the mobile search experience by using personalization and analytics technologies.
