Yankees Entertainment and Sports (YES) Network has standardized its operations with Leitch Technology production equipment, including the MediaFile clip and still storage and Whiplash2 slow-motion/instant replay systems for producing daily sports and commentary programming.
MediaFile accesses clips, stills and sequences for programming and Whiplash2, which combines the dpsReality dual-stream digital disk recorder with custom application software, provides access to replays and slow motion playback.
YES broadcasts the New York Yankees, New Jersey Nets and other professional and college sports teams and classic sports footage to viewers across New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Pennsylvania 24 hours a day.
