Hearst-Argyle and Cox reach retransmission agreement

published Hearst-Argyle Television has reached a retransmission consent agreement with Cox Communications. As a result of the deal, Cox will carry the analog and digital signals of Hearst-Argyle stations in six markets in the states of Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska and Oklahoma.
The deal includes carriage of the stations’ HD signals, digital multicast programming and continued carriage of analog signals.
The stations are WESH/WKCF, Orlando; KMBC, Kansas City, MO.; KOCO, Oklahoma City; WDSU, New Orleans; KETV, Omaha, NE.; and KHBS/KHOG, Fort Smith-Fayetteville, AR.
