The FCC Media Bureau has made available the Table of Station Assignment and Service Information. Television stations must use the table to determine and evaluate the DTV service populations that the commission requires to process channel elections and create the new DTV Table of Allotments.
The FCC Pre-Election Certification Form 381, one of several forms to be used in indicating post-transition DTV channel preferences, is the first that must be submitted. It must be filed with the FCC no later than Nov. 5. Electronic filing of Form 381 will be available Oct. 19.
