Will the Feb. 17, 2009 analog TV shutdown be delayed? That's the topic of the article selected for this week's Digital Deadline highlight. Hearn points out that Public Citizen's case against the shutdown isn't based on the mechanics of the transition, but that the law itself was enacted unconstitutionally.
