The Community Broadcasters Association (CBA) is holding its annual convention at the Flamingo in Las Vegas next month.
The convention kicks off on Sunday, Oct. 10 with an opening session followed by the President's Welcome Reception at 6 p.m. The DTV transition will be the focus of the sessions on Monday and Tuesday. FCC representatives will be present to explain the latest transition rules.
