Clear Channel Entertainment Television (CCE TV) has named Steve Sterling senior vice president. Marc Forest has been named vice president, programming and production. In his new position, Sterling will focus on the development and worldwide distribution of the full range of CCE TV’s music and entertainment properties.

Manufacturers
Dielectric Communications has promoted Jay Martin to vice president, sales and marketing and Dan Ozley to vice president, international business development. Martin has been with Dielectric since 1985. Ozley has been with the company since 2000. Prior to that, he worked in domestic and international sales with Lockheed Martin, Scientific-Atlanta, and Harris.

Jim Sakaguchi is taking on the reins as vice president of customer fulfillment at Leitch. He will refine and deliver upon the company’s strategies in the areas of manufacturing, purchasing, customer service, order management and quality and worldwide inventory management. Sakaguchi comes to Leitch from Thomson Grass Valley, where he served as vice president of worldwide customer service, quality, and information systems.

Snell & Wilcox has appointed Chip Schneider as sales manager for the Midwest. He will be responsible for all direct and channel sales in the region. Most recently, Schneider served as senior regional manager and director of sales in the U.S. and Canada for EMC.

Service Providers
Doyle Technology Consultants has appointed Chris Britton chief executive officer. He was promoted to this position from COO and will work to broaden the company’s market reach as well as foster strategic alliances in the industry.

National Mobile Television has appointed Dave Shaw president of Venue Services Group (VSG), its systems integration division. Prior to joining VSG, Shaw spent 23 years with the Madison Square Garden Network. NMT has also named Bruce Goldfeder director of engineering at VSG.

David Cavossa has been named executive director of the Satellite Industry Association. He will act as a chief advocate for the satellite industry on a broad variety of issues important to that sector.
