Analog Video Still Tops Charts

According to TrendWatch's weekly TV/Broadcast Fast Fact, 73 percent of all stations/networks report that analog video is still the primary format for receiving work from clients.

Fifty-eight percent cited analog as their primary format for sending work to clients. Also, according to the Mill Valley, Calif.-based firm, 63 percent of cable stations use digital video as their primary "internal" format for daily production compared to 45 percent of broadcast stations.
