Web site speeds amateur video to Internet

Videographers will soon get a new, streamlined method for distributing their amateur video on the Internet. CNET News reported that video-sharing site Grouper will let videographers post clips to the Web almost instantaneously after shooting them.

Starting in August, the report said, Logitech — a maker of webcams — will include a link within its webcam software that will enable consumers to record video directly to Grouper's servers, CNET said.
