New broadcast video products will be on hand at the Canare booth this year.
The hand-held Hybrid Fiber Optic Cable Checker is a portable tool that measures optical loss and electrical continuity. Mid-sized BNC jacks with staggered connectors that fit into a variety of sizes of rack unit panels will also be on display.
Other products at the booth include hybrid fiber optic connectors, which assist fiber cleaning through a detachable alignment sleeve and insulator; eight-channel multiplexing system; a digital repeater that increases possible cable length for HD-SDI and SD-SDI signals by up to 120 meters and also video patchbay connectors.
