Viacom Faces Possible Super-Bowl Indecency Fine

published Reuters says the FCC is close to fining Infinity TV stations for the Janet Jackson breast exposure on this year's Super Bowl half-time show. The news service quotes sources close to the case as figuring the total penalty would be $550,000.
The recommended penalty, said to be circulating among commissioners, would be $27,500 each for 20 TV stations.
