WB Holdings 1 LLC surrendered its Ka-band authorization at 109.2 degrees west longitude earlier this year. In FCC Report SAT-00376 the FCC listed the frequency bands available for reassignment at that location effective July 21, 2006. They are 18.3-18.8 GHz, 28.35-28.6 GHz and 29.25-29.5 GHz. The same report indicated that PanAmSat License Corp. has withdrawn its request for special temporary authority to continue to serve Arabsat using the Ku-band payload on PAS-9 (call sign S2704).
