The Federal Communications Commission said Monday it was launching a DTV Speakers Bureau to provide any group making a request with a speaker free of charge who will discuss the Feb. 17, 2009, DTV transition.
Requests can be made at the FCC’s www.dtv.gov Web site or directly by contacting Rosemary Kimball at rosemary.kimball@fcc.gov.
