The FCC Media Bureau released a public notice Oct. 18 regarding its implementation of a mandatory requirement for electronic filing of FCC Form 397, the “Broadcast Mid-Term Report” Equal Employment Opportunity form.
Paper versions of the form will no longer be accepted unless accompanied by a request for a waiver of the requirement.
