Sling Media’s SlingPlayer Mobile software client is now compatible with Windows Mobile 6, the most recent version of Microsoft’s mobile operating system.
The software allows users to watch and control programming playing on their home television or computer screen. Users must have a Slingbox tuner connected to their residential television or computer in order to access content through the SlingPlayer Mobile software. Windows Mobile versions supported by the software now include Windows Mobile 6 Standard and Professional editions, as well as Windows Mobile 5.0 and Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition.
