FCC Chairman Kevin Martin has named several people to key positions at the FCC.
They include:
- Samuel Feder as Acting General Counsel;
- Matthew Berry as Acting Deputy General Counsel;
- Emily Willeford as Special Advisor for International Issues and Deputy Chief of Staff.
Feder most recently served as the Chairman’s Legal Advisor for spectrum and international issues. Berry most recently served as Counselor to the Assistant Attorney General for the Office of Legal Policy in the U.S. Department of Justice.
Willeford is returning to the FCC after having most recently served as the Special Assistant in the Office of the Senior Advisor at the White House.
