University of Calgary professors question need for HD

published Two professors from the University of Calgary are questioning the benefit to viewers and broadcasters of converting to HD and assert in a recently published book that the incentive for Canadian broadcasters to make the move is “more like cooperation or even collusion” with U.S. broadcasters than out of competition.
