- • The FCC granted the request of TerreStar Networks to extend the milestone date for launch of its TerreStar-1 space station from June 30, 2009, through and including July 7, 2009. As described elsewhere in this week's RF Report, TerreStar was successfully launched on July 1, 2009.
- • The FCC determined DIRECTV Group has met the launch and operation milestones associated with the authorization for DIRECTV 11 and may cancel the bond for DIRECTV 11.
