Dick will moderate a panel discussion following a keynote speech by Chris Howe, CTO of BBC Broadcast, on Friday, Sept. 9. Howe’s presentation, “The lifecycle of a piece of media” will use a video presentation to discuss the stages through which media moves in the production process at the BBC.
Industry consultant George Jarrett is coordinating the Master Classes sessions. Besides Howe’s presentation on media life cycle, the classes will cover independent filmmaking, the future of advertising and the use of light in cinematography.
Each session will last 90 minutes, of which a half hour will be devoted to audience questions.
