The SBE submitted a petition Jan. 23 to the FCC to modify the Universal Licensing System.
The petition is seeking a change that would allow pickup stations and remote pickup stations to document the locations and heights of their receive-only sites.
Interested parties have 30 days to file comments in favor of or opposing the petition.
