Chyron has introduced its integrated text crawl product, DynaCrawl, at IBC2004. The system makes the addition of up to two fully animated news crawls, tickers and time/temperature quick and easy.
The 2RU system was developed to simply and rapidly create one or two independently controllable tickers and time and temperature modules, displaying transition effects including roll, fade, flip, spin, and roll and crawl.
It automatically gathers selected data from a wide variety of news, weather, sports and financial services, and instantly updates the information on screen. Each crawl and ticker has multiple configuration variables that are independently controlled by the user, permitting creation of crawls with distinctive appearances unique to the television station, cable channel or organization. These variables include user-defined graphics, background and font colors.
