The nomination deadline for Best of Show Awards at IBC 2024 have been extended to September 6. The awards are open to IBC 2024 show exhibitors and offer a valuable platform for companies to raise awareness for the new products and solutions they will be launching or showcasing at the RAI Amsterdam, Sept. 13-16.

Participating brands include TV Tech, TVBEurope, TV Tech, Radio World and Installation. Each publication announces its own list of winners, which will be announced at the show. All nominees and winners will be featured in a post-convention Programme Guide distributed to our readers. (Here’s a look at last year’s guide)

All award entrants will receive a placard at the show for display, with winners receiving a further placard to display their success.

Future has released the Best of Show Awards Guide for the 2023 IBC Show. This guide takes you on a tour of new products introduced for TV, film, video, streaming, radio, audio and pro AV professionals. The Best of Show Awards are for products introduced at the 2023 IBC Show in September. 

This digital guide features all the nominees and winners and offers an excellent sample of new technology on the market today.

IBC is back for its first in-person gathering in three years, and so too is Future’s annual IBC Best of Show awards program which celebrates the innovation and craft of the industry’s R&D teams by recognizing some of the standout products and solutions on display in Amsterdam.

A reminder for exhibitors at IBC 2019: The deadline to nominate a product for the Best of Show Awards is approaching.

The Best of Show Awards—supported by Future’s media and entertainment technology brands TVBEurope, PSNEurope and Radio World International—are a chance for companies to raise awareness for new products and services that will be featured at IBC. All nominated products will be recognized by those publications as well as Future titles like TV Technology, Radio World, Creative Planet Network, AV Technology Europe and Installation.

The winners of the Best of Show Awards will be determined by a panel of independent industry experts during the conference. All nominees will receive a stand visit with the judge to get a first-hand look at the product. Nominees will be judged on general quality and relevance of the product; design and build quality; business/operational benefits; innovation in concept/design/delivery; technical excellence; cost effectiveness; and game-changing ability.

To nominate a product, companies must follow the registration procedure detailed at here. The deadline for registering nominees is Sept. 9; winners will be announced on Sept. 16 during the conference.

The 2019 IBC Show will take place Sept. 13-17 at RAI Amsterdam.
