FCC to consider annual report on competition in video delivery

The FCC will take up its annual assessment of competition in the video programming delivery market when it meets Friday to hold its monthly open meeting to be held at The Keller Pointe Community Center in Keller, TX.

The commission is slated to consider the 12th annual report to Congress on the status of competition in the market for the delivery of video programming.

The report is the only item on the commission’s publicly available agenda. The meeting will be streamed live via the Internet. Coverage will be available from the FCC's Audio/Video Events Web site at www.fcc.gov/realaudio.

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 11 a.m. on Feb. 10.
