Axcera conducts DVB-H demonstration at IBC2005

Axcera conducted a live DVB-H mobile video system demonstration at the just-concluded International Broadcast Convention (IBC) in Amsterdam.

The demonstration originated from the company’s booth in the IBC Mobile Zone, using an Axcera Innovator LX solid-state low-power Digital Video Broadcasting (DVB) transmitter, and covered the entire Mobile Zone with a DVB-H signal.

Using advanced mobile handsets, conference attendees had the chance to view multiple real-time video streams that were formatted specifically for best viewing on "the small screen." Axcera offers low, medium and high power DVB-T and DVB-H transmitters in frequency bands from VHF through 2.7GHz.
