Zodiac Interactive debuts Zodigo mobile content search software

Interactive TV software developer Zodiac Interactive recently launched Zodigo, a mobile content search engine that enables consumers to download content from their home computers or TV sets to a mobile device.

Users can navigate the Zodigo platform either by remote control or keyboard and mouse, channel and Web surfing to discover content for their mobile phones, including games, applications, ring tones, movies, podcasts and mobile manga. The software platform has been built for release on digital TV systems (cable, satellite or telco), Blu-ray and HD-DVD players, gaming consoles (Wii, Xbox 360 and the Playstation 3) and at Zodigo.com and other Web distribution partners. It automatically learns about users’ preferences, as well as their exact mobile phone type, and recommends only content that works for that phone.
