Xytech launches MediaPulse Pipeline

Xytech Systems unveiled the MediaPulse Pipeline workflow and asset management solution for both file-based and physical media for broadcasters, studios, educational institutions and corporate media departments during the 2009 NAB Show.

Pipeline was built on the .NET framework to enable a feature set that can evolve as required. Pipeline provides a single integrated solution that enables users to store, manage, process and deliver file-based media assets automatically. Pipeline also can track and maintain physical media.

Pipeline leverages Xytech’s MediaPulse application suite for asset and resource-based media workflows. Pipeline shares the infrastructure of MediaPulse and presents users with the ability to personalize the user interface with the Layout Editor module.

Pipeline is designed to automate high-volume media workflows, including services such as ingest, transcoding, watermarking, QC and delivery.
