World Teleport Association releases updated satellite buyer’s directory

The World Teleport Association (WTA) has introduced version 3.0 of its SATCON Marketplace online directory for the buyers of satellite communications connectivity, service and products. Co-branded with the SATCON conference, the Marketplace enables buyers to search the world for teleports, carriers, services and technology by metro area, country, region, fiber connectivity, services (in 30 categories) and products (in 18 categories).

Version 3.0 offers more comprehensive information on each vendor, greater ease of use and direct access to all Marketplace information from major search engines including Google, Yahoo and MSN. The SATCON Marketplace, which offers free listings to WTA members, now includes detailed information on hundreds of companies in nearly 30 nations.
