Wohler highlights RM series HD video monitors

At BES Expo 2010, Wohler highlighted its RM Series HD, a low-cost range of in-rack HD/SD-SDI audio/video monitors ideal for the many feeds in mobile trucks, news and transmission control rooms, and duplication and post-production applications. Standard features include in-monitor level metering, selectable video waveform and vectorscope, safe and title markers, labeling, tally, and familiar CRT-style picture controls. With models covering the gamut of screen count and size, the series also includes standalone 17in to 20in displays that are desktop or rack-mount configurable. All models feature speakers and/or headphone jacks for audio monitoring. Also available are less-featured analog models.

The company also showed its RMT series, which offers larger format single-screen displays of 15in, 17in and 20in sizes. Standard on the HD and SD-SDI models are in-monitor level metering, selectable video waveform and vectorscope, safe and title markers, labeling, tally, and familiar CRT-style picture controls. The HD and SD RMTs also provide multiple audio inputs, DVI video, and speakers and headphone jacks for audio monitoring. An even more cost-effective analog 15inch monitor without audio and video metering is also available.
