Wheatstone launches D-8 television surround sound audio console

Wheatstone unveiled the D-8 television surround sound audio console. The D-8 is designed to be a competitively priced console for medium and smaller market stations, remote trucks or secondary on-air/production rooms in larger facilities. Features include 30 motorized faders, 24 input channels, four submasters, surround mixing, two main buses, two aux sends and extensive processing (4-band parametric EQ, filters, compressor/limiter and de-esser). As with all Wheatstone television consoles, the D-8 is a control surface; all audio I/O is housed in the Wheatstone Bridge networked routing and mixing system.
