Triveni Digital offers new GuideBuilder interface for Crispin automation systems

Triveni Digital has unveiled a new digital GuideBuilder PSIP generator interface for Crispin automation systems to help broadcasters comply with a recent FCC Report and Order regarding Program and System Information Protocol schedules.

By supporting the exchange of data between the Triveni Digital and Crispin systems, the new interface will enable broadcasters to maintain PSIP schedules that accurately reflect even last-minute changes.

Transparent sharing of PSIP data between the GuideBuilder and Crispin systems will be made possible through use of standardized PCMP technology that assures a smooth flow of critical scheduling data. The full set of information for events, including the last-minute changes that are the focus of the FCC R&O, thus can be delivered from the Crispin software to the GuideBuilder system.
