Remote control via IP debuts for Broadcast Pix Studio

Broadcast Pix's Studio integrated live television production system

Broadcast Pix has unveiled remote control capability for its Broadcast Pix Studio integrated live television production system.

The system’s physical hard panels and browser-based soft panels are both IP-based, so they can control any studio on their network, whether it’s local or located thousands of miles away.

A panel can select a distant system and control everything inside it, including its switcher, CG, clip stores, still stores, DVEs and logo generator, as well as optionally controlling the remote studio’s cameras, VTRs and servers. The remote control features are included in the system’s price.
