Quantel to roll out Intelligent Zoning for sQ servers

Quantel will unveil its Intelligent Zoning for sQ servers at IBC2005.

Intelligent Zoning allows the broadcaster to specify the level of synchronicity between any number of sQ servers and users across any number of locations.

The company also will showcase its full new generation product range, including updates to the Eiger post and DI software, Paintbox sQ, servers and color correction.

The company will also debut its “Pay as you Go HD” initiative in Europe. Quantel customers, not yet ready for full-time HD, can still use all of the tools of eQ in HD with the flexibility to pay for the system on a project-by-project basis.

Newsbox, a complete newsroom system in a box, also will be launched in Europe.

See Quantel at IBC2005 stand 7.220, or visit www.quantel.com.
