Panasonic to debut AJ-SPC700 in Europe


Panasonic will show a working model of the AJ-PCS060, a rugged P2 portable hard disk unit with a P2 card slot for fast transfers of PC content.

Panasonic will make the European debut of the AJ-SPC700, an economical SD P2 camcorder at IBC2005.

The company also will announce higher capacity P2 cards and demonstrate workflow for HD and SD.

The AJ-PCS060, a rugged P2 portable hard disk unit with a P2 card slot that quickly transfers the content of P2 cards to an internal hard disk drive will make its first appearance as a working model.

Panasonic also will show the BT-LH1700W, a broadcast-quality, widescreen HD/SD LCD monitor for studio and field applications.

Other products to be highlighted include the AW-E860E, 16:9 native Multi Cam and the AK-HC1500 multi-purpose HD camera system.
