Panasonic targets classrooms with new plasma bundles

Panasonic introduced two new educational bundles targeted for scholastic presentation and classroom environments.

Incorporating new 10 Series 50in and 58in plasma displays (TH-50PH10UK and TH-58PH10UK), the bundles are available in a variety of configurations designed to fit a school’s mobile presentation needs. A durable mobile cart secures the plasma in place for transport and versatility, and Panasonic’s TY-FB10WPU wireless presentation module is offered as an option for wireless presentations from a laptop or PC to the plasma via 802.11 b/g WiFi.

Panasonic 10 Series plasma models are equipped with three interchangeable slots for optional Panasonic plug-in boards that help facilitate connection to a wide range of A/V equipment, including PCs, DVD players and legacy VCRs. In addition, 10 Series plasma models include energy-saving functions such as auto power off and power save mode.
