New Crystal Vision Clip N Key adds video source to switcher

Crystal Vision introduced Clip N Key, a clip and sting store, that makes it convenient to add extra video sources to a video switcher to enhance transitions without tying up a server port, at IBC2008.

Well suited for sports or live events programming, Clip N Key allows a special clip or sting with optional associated key signal to be played repeatedly, such as the same moving image each time a team scores a goal.

Clip N Key features a 4GB multiport video store that can hold 30 seconds of moving HD video (15 seconds if it includes a key signal) or 150 seconds of SD video (75 seconds with key signal). A number of different clips can be stored, depending on the total time used. If a key output is not required, Clip N Key can generate two independent video clips from its two outputs.
