Miranda to unveil dual DVE, integral audio mixer for Imagestore

Miranda is adding a new dual DVE and integral multigroup audio mixer option to its Imagestore HDTV master control switching and channel-branding processor.
Miranda Technologies will introduce a new dual DVE and an integral multigroup audio mixer option for its Imagestore HDTV master control switching and channel branding processor. The new audio mixer provides 16-channel audio mixing using embedded or AES audio.

Miranda also will extended its range of Imaging Series XVP HD interface modules with a new HD cross- and downconverter, an upconverter and crossconverter, and an HD frame synchronizer and downconverter. Another new Imaging Series module is the QXC-801i HD crossconverter, which offers interfacing between HD standards, including 1080i and 720p.

Other developments include:

  • iControl monitoring and control over an IP system adapted for applications, including incoming feed management, multichannel HD/SD master control, and network operation centers for cable, satellite and IPTV operators.
  • DVC-802/822 HD downconverter and DV encoders for Sony and Panasonic HD cameras, as well as the MDC-902/922 HD downconverters.
