Media Layers marks commercial availability of rich media mobile ad solution

Media Layers recently announced the commercial availability of its rich media mobile advertising solution SMART (Smart Mobile Advertising in Real-Time), which offers a server-based (client-independent) framework for managing the full advertising cycle on mobile devices.
The telco-grade solution matches mobile subscribers with relevant media ads, including video clips, banners and search links, among other types. Operators and service providers can present users with rich media ads before, during and after chosen content, either as an overlay, a split video image or in other ways. SMART supports all mobile content services, such as content downloads, video-on-demand, live mobile TV and mobile Internet browsing and searching.
