Leader Electronics to introduce multi-monitor platform

At IBC2006, Leader Electronics will unveil its new LV5800 multi-monitor platform, which can be configured on a modular basis to meet specific HD/SD signal analysis requirements.

The LV5800 retains the intuitive user interface of the LV5700 and LV5750 while offering new significant options, including twin auto-detecting inputs, 1080p/50 dual-link, ultra-compact detachable front panel, and data capture to standard USB memory pen.

Leader also will introduce the LG3804 signal generator and analyzer, which provides the features needed to test the performance of DVB-T compliant tuners and receivers. Features include VHF/UHF modulator, pseudo-random signal source, bit-error-rate counter, MPEG-2 source input, integral QVGA LCD screen and 100-preset memory. The LG3804 is ideal for use in manufacturing plants, broadcast engineering labs and satellite/cable network head-ends.
