Hearst-Argyle chooses Zeus Broadcast Global

Hearst-Argyle has selected Zeus Broadcast Global to manage the service desk and asset management of its TV stations.

Zeus Broadcast provides tools to manage service departments, including help-desk communications, as well as asset tracking, including service tracking, asset history and configuration management.

Additionally, the scalability of Zeus Broadcast makes it appropriate for broadcasters like Hearst-Argyle that need to support multiple users, groups and locations. Zeus Broadcast software has a variety of tools and features to help automate key processes of a broadcast operation’s workflow, including the auto-routing of service requests to the correct group, system-generated status updates to users, historical tracking of tickets and assets and automatic generation of preventive maintenance tasks.
