Grab Networks to make European debut of Anystream Agility 2G

Grab Networks will make the European debut of its Anystream Agility 2G automated video production and management solutions for digital video media at IBC2009.

Anystream Agility 2G lets users rapidly transcode, manage and distribute content for broadcast and cable television, IPTV, broadband and mobile handheld devices.

Agility 2G builds on a new architecture with up to three times more throughput than previously available; real-time availability in the form of automated failover and recovery safeguards for mission-critical applications; and the transfer and preservation of optimum quality up to and including HD.

Grab Networks, in partnership with Digital Vision, also has included within Anystream 2G the ability to perform high-speed, broadcast-quality, motion-compensated standards conversion within file-based workflows.
