Gepco featured complete line of fiber offerings at AES 2009

At AES 2009, Gepco showed its new and expanded fiber-optic cable assembly offerings, including the Neutrik OpticalCon, Amphenol TAC-4 and TAC-12, Lemo SMTPE 304M hybrid fiber camera cables, ST/SC/LC multimode or single-mode snakes, indoor permanent installation cables and tactical and portable-use cables.

All of Gepco’s fiber cable assemblies are factory terminated and feature precision machine-polished contacts that offer UPC quality to achieve –55dB typical return loss specifications. This process helps to reduce back reflection and minimize insertion loss. For further transmission assurance, all assemblies are tested and verified for consistent performance and feature premium-quality connectors and components.
