FOX places multimillion-dollar order for Grass Valley K2 media server

FOX has issued a multimillion-dollar contract to Grass Valley for a large HD K2 media server installation as part of continued enhancements to its file-based HD network distribution infrastructure. The installation is the latest in a line of FOX facilities that are based on Grass Valley server technology.

Several FOX facilities are already well equipped with K2 servers, and several more are outfitted with Profile XP servers, which have been in successful operation for a number of years.
