FatCAT devices convert audio, analog video over Cat 5 and Cat 6 cable

Key Digital has made available its FatCAT Series of devices, which convert analog video and analog or digital audio sources for transmission over Cat 5 and Cat 6 cables. Each FatCAT Series device can act as either a transmitting or receiving unit.

FatCAT ports support a wide range of signals, including component video, PCM digital audio, analog audio (line level), H and V sync, composite video, any YPbPr signal and RGB with composite sync (four coaxial line). The FatCAT Series converts analog video and analog or digital audio signals for transmission over Cat 5 cable for distances up to 1000ft and can handle virtually any analog video signal and any analog or digital audio signal on any port regardless of silkscreen label.
