Dalet unveils new Enterprise asset management workflow capabilities

Dalet Digital Media Systems unveiled at IBC2008 its next-generation Enterprise asset management workflow capabilities.

The Dalet-driven workflow features new applications for on-air distribution and systemwide management, new server and NLE integrations, and advanced production features and supported formats. Designed to facilitate convergence for large-scale, multichannel broadcasters, the new capabilities deliver integrated and standardized tools for content production and sharing across concurrent workflows for Web, mobile and TV.

The expanded SD and HD format support in Dalet solutions is natively multicodec and multiformat. Thus, broadcasters can manage a wider range of acquisition and legacy source materials making media ubiquitous across the production pipe and available for multichannel distribution via the new integrated Dalet OnAir application.
