Ciprico to highlight MediaVault 4110, DiMedia 10G NAS

Ciprico will show the MediaVault 4110, the latest addition to its Huge MediaVault series, featuring third-generation RAID architecture at IBC2005.

The MediaVault 4110 combines the latest 4 Gigabit Fibre Channel interface technology with ATA disk drive technology. The product is compatible with Apple Macintosh, Windows, Unix and Linux platforms, as well as major brands of video editing software, capture/playback hardware and post-production software.

Ciprico also will show the DiMedia 10G NAS array, offering 300 MB/s and 12TB of raw capacity. The DiMeda 10G supports DV, SD and lower resolution HD nonlinear video applications, global command and control applications and other high performance computing applications.
