Broadcast Engineering magazine names NAB2006 ‘Pick Hit’ winners

Broadcast Engineering magazine has named the winners of its NAB2006 “Pick Hit” awards.

The awards recognize companies for their technological innovation. Winners are selected by an anonymous group of judges from the broadcast, postproduction, network and satellite industries. Neither the editors nor the publisher of Broadcast Engineering select the products honored. Among the criteria used in choosing the Pick winners are the positive impact on everyday work life, technological improvement over previous products and the appropriateness of pricing.

In its 21st year, Broadcast Engineering’s “Pick Hit” recognition is the industry’s longest running award acknowledging innovative products. A full description of the winners and products with features and specification will be published in the June edition of the magazine.
