Blue Order to show new archive product suite, enhancements at IBC2004

Blue Order will show a suite of new products based on its flagship technology, Media Archive, at IBC2004.

The company will show:

  • Media Archive enterprise, an enterprise-scale solution for highly integrated, customized and project-oriented applications, capable of scaling to several thousands of users.
  • MAM for Playout, offering a workflow environment that assists in monitoring content from ingest to playout, including quality control and compliance checking. The showcased solution will be supported by Thomson Grass Valley and SGL.
  • MAM for Video Archives, delivering live logging of content with automatic ingest into a Media Archive system. This material then can be browsed, retrieved, played back and exported.
  • Media Archive professional, the new out-of-the-box, workgroup-scale solution that allows sharing of work in progress and finished media among a limited group of users.

In addition, Blue Order will demonstrate Order Management as the latest enhancement to its Media Archive enterprise. Order Management is a tool for requesting material within the production process, including a check of rights status.
