BlastWave FX Micro-Waves provides sound effects for new media applications

Blastwave FX recently unveiled a new product line called Micro-Waves, which consists of downloadable sound effects libraries specifically created for new media and Web applications. The first two libraries being released under the Micro-Waves banner are Webtones and Podcaster. These products are intended for sound effects collections related to sound for podcasts, Web sites, multimedia productions or online videos.

Each sound that is found in every Micro-Waves library is originally recorded at 24-bit 96K, then delivered as 16-bit 44.1K MP3 files.

Micro-Waves MP3 sounds are cataloged with embedded metadata for easy search and retrieval in Pro Tools, AVID, SoundMiner, NetMix, iTunes and other popular sound library search engines.
